This week I visited the Dermatologist to have a lesion removed from my right hand. The lesion was a sinister BCC (actually a SCC) which needed to be removed. My doctor, Dr Cliff, kindly and swiftly removed the lesion and find myself with an un-usable hand. This means no training.
So, I'll give it a few more days to recover and then resume the programme in preparation for the regional and divisional champs.
